40/40/20 Rebounding + Sculpt + Mobility

Shape your body in 50 minutes with bounce, sculpt, and stretching. The Release is a fusion of  lymphatic rebounding, rhythm-based sculpt, and mobility flows to increase range of motion, stimulate the nervous system, and tone the entire body. Gentle beats and hypnotic sounds to keep your body flowing’, sweating, and releasing.

THE MIX

30/30/35 Rebounding + Sculpt + Circuit

A collective movement of formats formed into ONE. Every class will be filled with a unique high energy full-body sculpt, circuit, and g-force cardio jumping. Fusing metrics to music-energy will fill the space with how you move! This class will leave you drenched and funky fresh!

SCULPT

Our sculpt-based workouts do not utilize the Rebounder, but instead are a combination of cardio and circuit training combined with weights. These classes are perfect for the days you want to stay floor-bound.

Strategic toning to get you sweaty and lengthen your muscles. Weights, bands, gliders, and body weight are the foundation of every class. You’ll utilize all planes of motion and move to the beat of the music. “The Groove” will make you feel like you are on a tropical island as you sweat it out in a heated room.
